But I do have one question- I can’t seem to easily cut these cookies once they’re hard from the fridge. The knife hits the blueberries and then the cookie dough just crumbles and I end up shaping the dough into rounds with my hands. Which makes me hesitate in forming the dough logs altogether. How did you get around that?
